Acceptable Reasons to Engage in An Activity

It performs a function necessary to live.
You are contractually or morally obligated to do it.
It would be fun to do said activity.
Doing said activity would involve no change in daily activities except it would be a change in location.
Doing said activity has a chance to improve a relationship, romantic or otherwise.
You would do this activity solo, anyways.
It would be financially beneficial.
It would cease the nagging of a parent, friend, significant other, or other person who's nagging motivates you.
To have a viable excuse to not do something you'd rather not be doing.
Doing said activity would waste time and be an acceptable financial loss.
Said activity is free.
You have nothing else to do.
It would be interesting to engage in said activity.
It would provide an interesting story to tell at a later time.
Do an activity out of spite.
Do an activity ironically.
Have an excuse to being unreachable for any reason.
Doing said activity would have the potential of meeting people.
