More Flags More Fun

According to the commercials, sitting in front of a TV is "one flag" worth of fun. Being on a roller coaster is "six flags."

Let's say you go to the amusement park for say, 10 hours. You can probably at most hit up 10 rides of varying popularity and line length. An hour long wait at "zero flags" for a 5 minute ride at "six flags". Doing some lazy calculations, You're spending one tenth of your time doing "six flags" worth of fun. Conversely, nine hours are at "zero flags".

(6 * .5 + 9 * 0)/10 = .3 "flags"

Mind you this makes no effort to deem how much negative flags worth of work it takes to earn the 100 bucks you're most likely to spend on tickets and food.

I dunno 'bout you, but sitting in front of the couch at "one flag" worth of fun wins.

Maybe this would've been funnier as a comic.
